Deposit: A booking deposit is required to secure your appointment slot. This deposit is not a consultation fee, but a refundable amount that is part of our commitment to providing you with the best service.

Application of Deposit to Treatment Cost: When you proceed with a treatment, the booking deposit will automatically be applied towards the cost of your treatment. There's no need to request this - we'll deduct it from your total, leaving the remaining balance as your payable amount.

Non-refundable Deposit: If you book a treatment immediately following your consultation or booking, the deposit will be non-refundable as it will have been applied towards the cost of your treatment.

Refundable Deposit: We understand that you may need time to think about your treatment or check your schedule. If you decide not to proceed with a treatment immediately after your consultation or booking, your deposit is fully refundable. Please let us know of your decision, and we will process your refund promptly.

No-shows and Late Cancellations: Please note that the booking deposit will not be refunded in the event of a no-show or if a cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and the availability of our services to all clients.
